Local CSV provides free, browser-based data cleaning, conversion, deduplication, and transformation tools. All file reading, processing, and transformations occur locally inside your device’s browser client.
3. 100% Data Ownership
You retain all intellectual property rights and absolute ownership over any dataset, spreadsheet, or text processed through our tools. Local CSV claims zero rights, licenses, or title to your input data or generated outputs.
4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You agree to use Local CSV in compliance with all applicable local, state, and international laws. Because data transformations happen purely within your browser memory without server backups, you are solely responsible for maintaining original backups of your files prior to applying destructive operations (such as deduplication or column dropping).
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Local CSV is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free data transformation.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Local CSV, its creators, or its parent entity LMSTools.cloud be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data corruption, system memory limits, or browser crashes during file operations.
7. Ecosystem Relationship
