Acceptance of Terms
By accessing LocalCSV.space, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Operations. This is a legal agreement between you and the LocalCSV ecosystem. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of the engine immediately.
02 // USAGE
Permitted Use
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this tool for personal or commercial data processing. Since all processing occurs in your local browser environment, you are responsible for the integrity and legality of the data you input.
- You may not use this tool for any illegal data manipulation.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the proprietary frontend logic for malicious use.
- You may not use automated scripts to "scrape" the tool's interface.
Notice: As a local-first application, LocalCSV never sees your data. Consequently, we cannot provide backups, recovery services, or audit trails for your processed files.
03 // LIABILITY
Disclaimer of Warranties
The LocalCSV engine is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the tool will be error-free or that the data sanitization logic will meet your specific industry compliance requirements.
In no event shall LocalCSV or its founders be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the tool, including but not limited to data loss or corruption.

Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the engine following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Operations.
