Privacy Manifesto

1. Information We Collect

LocalCSV.space is designed from the ground up to operate in a trustless environment. Specifically:

• No Database Records — We have no user accounts. We collect no names, emails, or credentials.
• No Telemetry — We do not use Google Analytics or product usage trackers.
• Server Logs — Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may briefly log standard request data (IP, User-Agent) solely for DDoS protection and routing.

2. Your CSV Files & Data

This is the core of our technical promise: Your files are never uploaded.

• When you select a CSV, the File API loads it directly into your browser's local memory.
• All processing (deduplication, parsing, formatting) occurs locally via JavaScript.
• The exported file is generated dynamically as a Blob and saved back to your hard drive.
• At no point does the contents of your file enter a network payload.

3. Third-Party Architecture

To keep this tool free and functional, we rely on external infrastructure:

• Cloudflare CDN — Used to securely serve the PapaParse library.
• Google Fonts — Used to deliver the typography seen on this page.
• Advertising (DirectSinew) — We display non-intrusive native ads. This partner may use cookies to serve contextual advertisements. Please review their specific privacy policies if you wish to opt-out of ad tracking.
